Monte Carlo Blue is a primary colour pigment manufactured in France. Monte Carlo Blue pigment is suitable for most media, however, it is not suitable for use with lime based binders. It is, however a great pigment for colouring Oil, Water and Acrylic-based paints and can be used for making pastels and crayons.
