Our Clay Brown coloured pigment is a manufactured oxide from France, which boasts a beautiful light brown hue. Oxide Pigments tend to have stronger tinting properties than Natural earth and ochre pigments, which means you don’t need to use as much to achieve a rich colour. Superb for making, oil paints, watercolours acrylics and pastels and equally suitable for tinting limewashes, mortars and plasters.
